BusinessBreezeXS menu page allows you quick and easy access to any module you would like to access with a single click of your mouse. And, what’s more, you can set-up and run a number of businesses and include a special password protected access for each. This will ensure you that your accounts are secure from unwanted or unauthorised users. It’s simple, when entering the program, select the business you wish to enter, enter its special password and you will be granted access to update your books. You can change the password as often as you like for added security.

 

Cash Book

The Cash Book module provides you with an excellent range of functions and displays related to the cash flow situation of your business. It also stores all this data for GST for BAS, tax and accounting purposes.

The Cash Book contains all your money transactions (in and out), past and pending. All your money in (credit) records are displayed in the ‘Money In’ section and all your money out (debit) records are displayed in the ‘Money Out’ section. All your expected receipts records are displayed ‘Receipts Expected’ section and all your outgoings due are displayed in ‘Outgoings Due’ section. And, all your above transactions are displayed in the ‘All’ section. Nice and easy.

 

Bank Reconciliation

BusinessBreeze makes reconciling your BusinessBreeze records with your actual bank transactions easy. Whether you choose to reconcile using paper-based statements or from your internet banking facility, the process is similar.

 

Invoicing

In this module you can create a Quotation which in turn can be converted as a Job Card, tax compliant Invoice, Receipt and/or Adjustment Note displaying all the relevant information on your own business letterhead: including customer name, address and details, item(s), quantities, costs, GST, terms and totals.

 

Invoice

The list of ‘What For’ categories is provided which is your chart of accounts. Simply select from the drop list menu provided to ensure simple and accurate reporting of your Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet for accounting purposes. Also, a list of ‘BAS Group’ categories is also provided for simple GST and BAS reporting. It’s that simple!

When you create and save an Invoice, it is automatically sent to your Cash Book module. And, the stock items used are automatically deducted from your stock list.

 

Stationery

The Stationery module allows you to create master copies of the stationery you use in the daily operation of your business and make your business operation look smart, feel smart and function efficiently.

 

Address Book

The Address Book module stores your Customer, Supplier and Personal contact details for quick and easy access when invoicing, inputting expense records, generating emails and accessing websites.

 

Stock

The Stock module contains all your stock items related to the running of your business and provides you with an excellent range of functions and displays to help you keep track and manage your stock.

All your stock items are displayed in the ‘Stock List’ section. The ‘Stock List’ layout automatically stores and totals all the stock items purchased and sold, their respective codes and descriptions, how much of each stock item is available, their value and what the total cost & sales YTD are.

 

Stocktake

This feature allows you to print a blank Stocktake sheet with all your stock items listed, ready to conduct a stocktake. It also allows you to update your stocktake count, automatically applying the results to the stock list , including all available quantities.

 

Reports

The Reports module provides you with an important range of worksheets and generates reports related to tax and accounting reporting of your business.

It calculates and generates your ‘GST calculation worksheet for BAS’ for any selected period, ready for you to transfer onto your official ATO BAS form ready to lodge. It’s that simple!

It also, calculates and generates your "PAYG Payment Summary Statements (for Business and Individuals)" for tax reporting purposes (this feature is only available in BusinessBreezeSM).

Also, by simply selecting a date range, BusinessBreeze will go to work for you and produce Profit & Loss Statements (Statement of Financial Performance) and Balance Sheets (Statement of Financial Position) for accounting purposes.
