Founded in 2001, Martex Software Solutions Pty Limited (‘Martex’) is a single-focus software company that was started from a genuine passion to make business software easy to use for the small office/home office based business (SOHO). We discovered that most accounting or bookkeeping packages that claimed to be easy to use weren't delivering on the promise.
We realised that to deliver true ease of use, we had to create a whole new user interface - the ‘click & run’ system - that made software measurably easier to use than traditional ‘install & crawl’ interfaces.
With many people finding accounting software all too hard, Martex chose this position as its launching pad, and created its flagship product, BusinessBreeze - Australia's first ‘click & run’ bookkeeping software.

Zions Pty Ltd (‘Zions’) is Australia’s leading supplier of specialist business books and stationery for small businesses. Australian owned and operated, Zions first started business in 1907 and has been recognised as the industry accredited leader in the field of manual recording systems and specialised stationery. With over 300 products covering time and wage recording, on-road recording, taxation recording and hospitality recording, sold nationally through office stationers, wholesalers, newsagents and direct selling organizations, Zions has built a solid reputation.
After winning the Small Supplier of the Year Award of the National Office Products Association for 1997 (and Runner Up in 1995), Zions launched its “new look” book covers in 2002, receiving very positive accolades from customers and many people in the stationery industry.
